Half blue glazed seal, Hexus???

Hello to all, i have this half seal for so long time now that i can not remember from where i bought it it is 12x12mm any help identifying it is most welcome.

Hi,

     This is a very interesting piece. Your illustration is upside down. Please, flip it upright.
     Seemingly, it is half of a glazed faience ring bezel. The front of the bezel bears the inscription and the back of your fragment shows where the ring shank was attached at one side.
     The part of the inscription that survives reads "Prince of Hermonthis", a title used by/for King Tutankhamun.
     See H.R. Hall's Catalogue... Nos 1968 and 1972 and Petrie's Historical Scarabs, Nos 1366 to 1369, etc.

Wow, thanks alot Russ, that is very interesting, so basically this a piece of ring that goes back to the time of Tutankhamun!!!!

Hi,

     You have a rarity!

     The two small domed hieroglyphs represent "T", and the broken hieroglyph above the crook is probably all that remains of "ankh".
