I see the coin on net.I feel the eyes of river god look odd.Is it a tooled coin?Thanks a lot for reply.

The left eye does look a little weird but I think that's just wear, not tooling.  I'd need a high-res photo to say more, but it looks like a nice coin.

The nymph's eye looks a little strange, but I don't think it is tooled.
