Byzantine glass weight with monogram of
Theodoros Apo Hypaton dated on reign of
Justin I (518 - 527).

Monogram may be read: ΘΕΟΔΩΡΟΥ ΑΠΟ ΥΠΑΤΩΝ

4.07 g -> 22 siliquas, 25.0 - 27.8 mm.

Research gave some more information.

Entwistle classifies this under Type A,
with box monogram, and dates to years
550 - 650.

The Sternberg cataloguer dates this to the reign of Justin I because of a Theodoros Teganistes who is known to have been city prefect in this reign. Seems to be a valid candidate, even though Theodore was an extremely common name at the time.
