Hi Young,

I believe your coin is a billon denaro of Frederick IV "The Simple" (1355-1377) minted in Messina.  Obverse features an eagle with the legend  :plus:FRIDERICUS:DEI.  Reverse features a cross fourchee with rosette in first and fourth quarters, four pellets in second, and "I" in third quarter.  Legend reads  :plus:GRA REX SICILIE.  Reference is MEC14 #804.  Keep in mind that this is a hesitant attribution, as the faces of the coin are rather "busy" as if it were double struck or struck over a previous coin.

Cheers,

David
