Thought I'd share a few pics of the Pompeii exhibit in Kansas City. These artifacts seldom leave
Italy so it was a treat to see them. A lot of coins have been found at Pompeii. The exhibit just
had a small
hoard of
denarii, mostly of
Vespasian. I took about ten pics of the coins but none turned out well due to the distance and lighting. I think this exhibit is going to
Phoenix and Tampa, maybe other cities so if it is in your
area it is well worth seeing. Mark
