Ancient coin in ring - can't identify

I acquired this heavy ring with an ancient coin embedded in it. I'm having a lot of trouble indentifying it. Any help would be much appreciated

Late 4th century Roman. Perhaps Valentinian I based on what I can see in the legend.

I read ... CONSTANTIVS ... and potrait shows
a young boy, so Constantius II as Caesar.
