Probably a variant of RIC IX, Constantinople, pp. 211-2, 11g, 2 or 13a, 8.:

11g, 2: Rosette diadem, mintmark CONSA as on your piece, but with dot at center of reverse (doubtless just the engraver's centering mark).

13a, 8: CONSA and no centering dot like yours, but pearl diadem not rosette diadem on obverse.

11g is listed as Argenteus with weight about 3 g.

It is essential to give size and weight when asking
for identification.
