Valentinian I GLORIA ROMANORVM with mint mark something like S D / BSIS.  Mint of Siscia, 364 - 375.

Siscia finds are known but unusual in Israel.  They are more often found in Balkan lots.

Hi Shawn, thanks for your help, you may be right about where it was found as I mixed some coins from in Israel with somevothers found in Europe so this one must be found in Europe.
