Heraclius and Heraclius Constantine, AE Follis, Nicomedia. dd NN hERACLIVS ET hERA CON, Heraclius, on left and Heraclius Constantine on right, cross between their heads, each wearing crown and chlamys and each holding cross on globe / Large M, ANNO to left, cross or chi-rho above, regnal year to right, officina letter below, mintmark NIK or NIKO. SB 834, MIB 175.

Yes, Heraclius and Heraclius Constantine.  Both are standing and holding globes.  The Justin II coins show the emperor and empress seated, and only the emperor is holding a globe.
