Maybe the first line is just decoration?

The second could be Dithikeyu - google translate says that means "dedication".

Maybe a real expert in Greek would know more....

I don't know.  The style is so simple - and was used until almost modern times - that you will probably need to date it by the inscription somehow.

If this is a seal ring, then we should be trying to read the impression, not the inscription as it appears on the ring. This could perhaps read 'KE R/OHQH' (where Q is theta) - Kyrie boethei, or 'Lord aid'. Can't think of anything for the last line. A name should be expected, or 'Amen'. But maybe it is nonsense.
