Rev. Looks like an aplustre (Lat. aplustrum)

Typical depiction for one of the harbour cities of Syria, Phoenicia and so on (e.g. Arados)

Going on appearence your coin looks to be between era date 145-150 or 115-109 B.C (date on the left reverse flan).
