Antioch in Pisidia. Possibly Gordian III, but your photos are too blurred....and small...to be certain.

I "think" I can read "....ORDIANUS." if so, yes, Gordian III.

I got the reverse a bit cleaner. The obverse is also a bit better.
I think I can see a PH in the obverse legend. Could it be an AE27 of Philips 1 of Antiochia?

With that nose, it has to be Gordian III.
