It seems to be a Provincial coin from Tarsos but no information has been found about it, does nyone have a link of this mint?

Hi Jochen, thanks so much, I have had a look and it seems that all the coins like that depicte Tyche on ANV but mine doesn't seem.

I think I see CE-V-HPO as the obverse legend and you could make an argument for Septimius Severus for the portrait.
