It's a Maurice Tiberius half-follis from Antioch, SBCV 534. Your picture of the reverse is upside-down ( large X X with ANNO vertically to the left is the correct orientation) and its also quite encrusted, but I think I can make out an I (regnal year one) to the right of the X X.
