Research gave some more information.

Entwistle classifies this under Type A,
with box monogram, and dates to years
550 - 650.

The Sternberg cataloguer dates this to the reign of Justin I because of a Theodoros Teganistes who is known to have been city prefect in this reign. Seems to be a valid candidate, even though Theodore was an extremely common name at the time.
