Rev: Five lines of inscriptions.

This obverse looks like it might be Tyche.

In accordance with the the letters you are able to decipher the reverse  inscription might be "ΘΛΑΣΤΟΣ ΑΝΕΘΗΚΕΝ", like on this coin from Mylasa with Quadriga:

The back of the head of Augustus looks a bit distorted  :-\ . A double or overstrike?

On the left side on the obverse there can be seen (I think at least ;) ) a part of CEBCTO (abbreviating the full CEBACTOC) as on this coin in the BnP:

Is that a snake at the forehead?  To me it looks like an Egyptian head of Isis.  Perhaps I am just seeing things.
