Nice find and appears by style the Rome mint issue. He is elusive Emperor but is fun to buy when a seller overlooks his group  lots. The Milan mint is my favorite style with nice curls and a elegant portrait. Have to have sympathy for this unfortunate Prince. One time being top Dog meant you ended up in the pound.
Good luck in finding a complete mint set, Siscia and Cyzicus and a hard to get Alexandria tretradrachm.
