Hi all i feel a bit grumpy,  >:( I can find this Follis and it should be so easy.  ::)

Coin Info:

Constantine I  
Follis AE 25

Obv: CONSTANTINVS P F AVG.
Laureate head right.

Rev: CONSERV VRB SVAE /PT
Hexastyle temple, with crescent in pediment and containing Roma seated facing on throne( Cant see if she holding anything)
RIC VI 93

I would read the mintmark as PT , making it a Ticinum issue. Cant find it listed for Constantine though from this mint.

For PT, Ticinum, RIC VI Ticinum 93 would seem to match.

Delete IMP C from your transcription of the obv. legend, however.
