Dear Board,

AR 2.20g.
Obverse: Sphinx seated right
Reverse: Archaic head of a male right.
Help is appreciated on identifying this coin.
Thank you.

The Sphinx reminds me of Gergis. One of these has paw raised.

The style and surfaces are odd and I suspect the coin is a modern forgery. Could you post larger pictures?

Gergis seems to be the most logical candidate for the moment.
By looking deeply to the surface of the coin, makes me think that it is most probably an original one.
Here is a larger picture to help you analyse more.
Thank you for all your help.

Come to think of it, it could also be a joint edition of Gergis and Kebren !
