Strange Constantius IIPhoenix mint mark"

Hi folks:
The closest I can come to this is Constantius II, Siscia, ASIS•. RIC VIII 231.
However, the "A" preceding SIS•.appears to my old eyes to be a wreath or something. And no such symbol is shown for RIC VIII 231.
Any ideas?

I think maybe its BSIS dot

I think it is BSIS too.  But when you look closely it looks like there are some rays.  Might have been some sort of engraving error.

Yes, Shawn. The rays are quite distinct, as with a sun or star symbol or wreath.

I didn't notice the "Radiate B" at first. That is odd, but I still think a "B."
