For the Rome mint is this period not  unusual  Wink

IMP NVMERIANVS AVG, Radiate and cuirassed bust right
IOVI VICTORI, Jupiter standing, head left, holding Victory, eagle at feet to left

When you are used to the tight flans that preceded it a few years earlier that flan seems quite extravagent. Very nice coin.

As an example of the offposite extreme from a few years earlier... Almost enough room on the flan to allow all the letters on the obverse to be represented but not quite...

Minted in Rome. N in right field. October – December A.D. 270.
