Reference.
RPC --; Metclaf 10; RIC 475 var. (legend); RPC III 1335 var. (obv. legend).

Obv.   HADRIANVS AVGVSTVS
Bare head right

Rev. [D]IA-NA / EPHESIA
Tetrastyle temple on three or four steps; within, cult image of Artemis of Ephesus (no stags)

note.
There is evidence of the undertype on the obverse, below the truncation of Hadrian's neck: 'IMP CAES' in retrograde

There are more letters from the under type on the reverse at 9 o'clock.  I also seem to be able to make out a nose and mouth on the obverse from the under type in front of Hadrian's.  My guess would be Augustus RSC 33 / RPC 2215

I think Jay is correct. The obverse legend lines up with the top of Augustus' head (if you rotate the coin) in the under-type.
