lead st mary token with copper ring?

i have found a lead token with a copper ring around it.
Wondering ,  has anyone seen one like it?

Hi Paul,

That's a very interesting find. I would venture a guess that the copper ring around the body of the token itself would have been used to hold the coin in place on a piece of jewellery. Perhaps a necklace.

there is nothing on the back and its about 1.5 cm in diameter.  ill measure it later to make sure.
It was found near another item with a copper ring as well.
