Roman openwork brooch identification please

Hi,

Can anyone point to a reference and date for this openwork lettered plate brooch please? Length 32mm, width 20mm.

Hi,
I think it is a camp-gate fibula. There are two pieces (from Otlichnik and Quadrans) on Numiswiki.
