Hi,I bought this as a Byzantine coin or possibly Trebizond as the eagle is in the same style,can someone identify it for me,the reverse is not yet cleaned

Hello,

my guess: medieval Italy, Kingdom of Sicily, Aragonian Dynasty, Æ Denaro.

You should clean some letters to read the ruler.
