ID help on Venetian Imitive
« on: November 25, 2016, 04:29:57 am »

Posted this one a while back in another discussion area
I have a rather strange little silver coin.  It is 14mm (definitely has been cropped) and weighs just .64 grams. I am guessing the original was no larger than 17-18 mm and would have weighed under
1 gram.

Don't believe its a Serbian imitation as it appears to have DVX instead of REX.  The small module rules out a cropped grosso.

Any ideas?
