Obverse: Bust of Geta or Lucius Verus ? right.
Reverse: Hermes ? standing facing!

The rev. shows Dionysos with thyrsos and kantharos. The legends are still unclear.

Your coin is from Magnesia ad Maeandrum, the emperor is Marcus Aurelius as Caesar (138-161). The everse legend reads as ΜΑΓ ƐΠΙΤVΝΧΑΝΟС; RPC dates the issue to c. 144-158, see http://rpc.ashmus.ox.ac.uk/coins/4/1037/2/
