Jeton game or ???
avers:- Four concentric circular trench etched in the middle larger circular hollow.
revers:- Single sided,
diameter: 19,3mm, thickness:3,65mm, weight: 1,73g,
mint: , date: A.D., ref: ,
ditribution: North Balkan,

This looks to me like a bone gaming piece or tessera. I've included a similar specimen.

I'm not sure which game they were specifically used in. Lots of these pieces have been found in Alexandria, so maybe they were used for senet (just a wild guess). I do know that they were sometimes used as theatre tickets, and, in some cases, used to purchase services from courtesans.

They appear to have been used in many Roman games.  Boards of different form could be carved into tile or stone or painted on cloth.  Likely one set of pieces would do for many games.
