8 reales, but the Ruler, mint and moneyer marks are off the flan
Are you sure of the weight? I am no expert on these, but I "think" the weight should be about 26 grams. Maybe it has been clipped, if the weight is correct.

Many thanks for your answer. The weight is 23.24.
I have searched a little bit more and from the images I have found on internet for 8 reales coins XVII century struck under Felipe IV, my coins seems to have edges cut  a little more, that may be the cause for 2-3 grams difference in wight.

Absolutely, these large cobs, specially the later issues are prone to clipping.
