As Joe said, reverse and size would help.

A shot in the dark, but just looking at the facial structure and hairstyle makes me think Carinus.

Looks a bit like Clausius II, but a photo of the reverse would help.

Never even thought about a reverse.  I will get one up in a couple of minutes.  Not much to go on with the reverse.

Here is the reverse.  It measures 18mm at the widest point.  I appreciate your help.

Hi folks,

When I saw the obverse portrait, I immediately thought it looked like Claudius II (as djm stated).

The reverse is difficult, but could it be Spes?
