I've done some research and am fairly certain this is a Justin II & Sofia Bronze Follis. Although it is difficult to read due to the condition.

11.4g
Bronze
About 30mm diameter

Any help would be appreciated
Thank you

Heraclius certainly, but I'm not sure about the mintmark -  it looks to me as if it starts with a vertical stroke:

I'd say SBCV 834 [NIK or NIKO] or SBCV 840 [KYZ] are more likely than SBCV 805 [CON]

Heraclius and Heraclius Constantine, 615-616, Constantinople or Nikomedia, hard to say because the coin is overstruck.

Wow, I was way off. It didn't even occur to me that it was an over strike. That explains a lot.
Thank you
