Two or three other specimens with the TR P VIIII obverse:

Paris, not in good condition. The obv. legend misread by Cohen 4 as beginning  with L SEPT and ending with TR P VIII not VIIII.

RIC 521b corrected Cohen's misreading of the tribunician number to VIIII, but took over Cohen's mistaken L SEPT at the beginning, and added its own mistake in Caracalla's legend, reading PON for the correct PONT. So this TR P VIIII coin is not actually unpublished: it is Cohen 4 corr. = RIC 521b corr.

Second specimen: Vienna ex Bachofen von Echt collection. Different obv. die from Paris, same rev. die.

Possible third specimen: de Quelen Sale of 1888, lot 1348, reported by RIC 521b. However this could easily be the same specimen that was acquired by Bachofen and is now in Vienna.

The new specimen is from new dies: obv. and rev. die both different from those of the Paris and Vienna specimens.
