Need a little help with identifying this coin

I recently was given this coin but cant seem to identify it correctly.  Does anyone recognize this one?  Thank you!!

I think it was supposed to be a Diocletian

Legend says MAXIMIANUS, that's one heck of a spelling error by the forger ;D

Crude modern imitation of a nummus of Maximinus Herculius from Aquileia.  Should be IMP MAXIMIANVS PF AVG / SACRA MONET AVG ET CAESS NOSTR, V / AQS.  RIC-VI-Aquileia-31b.
