May be Caracalla provincial from Trajanopolis?  Definitely appears to be Trajanopolis, though I cannot find the reverse anywhere.

The obv. die looks like Schoenert-Geiss' V33, confirming the attribution to Trajanopolis. Legend AVT K M AVP CE - ANTĪ©NEINOC.

She publishes that die combined with six other rev. types: Artemis, Asklepios, Hera, Nemesis, 3 nymphs, Hygieia feeding snake (her cat. 76-82).

S-G knew only a couple of Zeus standing types at Trajanopolis, no Zeus seated types.
