Help identifying roman coin

There are a few tricks with very worn coins.  Holding it to the side of a strong lamp and tilting it back and forth to adjust the angle - the light will play differently over the surface.  Wetting it with water.  Unfortunately, while these might help you to see some more details any revealed details are not very easy to capture in photos.
