Maybe Phokaia or one of its colonies?

Dear Lee and Board,

I could be off the mark, but the evidence of the reverse ligature/monogram ("TE" for tetartemorion, the top possibly pointing towards 9:00 in your photo) indicates Colophon in my mind, although I am frankly not certain yet on what exact grounds scholars attribute these tiny early issues to that Ionian city.  Milne will undoubtedly tell you more, although a browse through that work failed to turn up any left facing issues:

Newer references, such as SNG Kayhan, may be more helpful to you.

Best regards,

Here's an obol from Phokaia that looks similar.  I don't see the TE like Mark does.

IONIA, Phokaia. Circa 625/0-522 BC. AR Obol (7mm, 0.62 g). Female head left, wearing helmet or close fitting cap / Incuse square. SNG Copenhagen (Cyprus, etc.) -; SNG Kayhan -. VF, toned. Rare denomination for type.
