A very nice addition to my collection and one that seems to be quite rare.

Fecunditas, or Julia, standing front, head left, raising right hand and holding
child on left arm, at feet children either side.

I commented on this rare FECVNDITAS type in 2008: could it mean that Julia was pregnant again when Septimius died and bore him another male child, her third, after his death?

Good point and a logic thinking , otherwise why three .
Faustina Junior was the younger daughter of Emperor Antoninus Pius and Faustina Senior. She was married to Emperor Marcus Aurelius in April-May of 145 AD when she was only 15 years old. She bore 14 children with Marcus but only 6 lived to adulthood of which 4 actually survived their father. (Armstrong Economics)

Would not that be the case here with  Julia.
