It is Umayyad, the coin is crude and the legends are not so readable, the image down is upside down I will try harder to read.

Guys the style is definitely late Abbasid / SAMANID
style .

Added Maybe   Nassir bin Ahmed also called ( Samanid ruler Nasr II bin ( son) Ahmad under Abbassid Super ruler or Qalifa AL-Muqtadir ) ( search this field )


I am sure Nero means Abbassid not Uma'ia , he got confused between the Umayyad ( in Spain ) style and the late Abbasid style
due to the condition of the coin.

Thanks Sam for correcting me, it is indeed Abbasid and not Umayyad, And that was my meaning, Ramadan is difficult this year  ;D
