Roman Provincial with two Emperor on obverse

AE 20,  4.60g.
Obv: Two emperor face to face.  :Greek_Iota:  :GreeK_Sigma:  :Greek_Alpha: ? on left.
Rev: Artemis Leukophrys standing facing.  :Greek_Nu:  :Greek_Eta: on left.
This is probably a coin of Magnesia ad Maeander ! But I can't seem to identify the emperors on obverse and neither can I find any coin related to this city with the same obverse !
Help is appreciated and thank you in advance.
