Help to ID Provincial with Empress on obverse

Hi,
Bust of an empress ? right. C   :Greek_epsilon: or :GreeK_Sigma:!
Female ? standing left holding a jug? with left hand and ? on right hand.

    I believe your coin could be Lucilla from Temenothyrai, Phrygia SNG von Aulock 4005.  See attached photo from the plate.

Edit:  After looking a little further, Isegrim list this reverse for Faustina at Trajanopolis, Phrygia and Magnesia, Ionia as well as Julia Mamaea at Aegae, Aeolis, but I could not find a pictured example of these off hand.  But this is definitely your reverse -  Isis standing holding sistrum and situla.

Dear Solon, Kurt, & Board,

Kurt is of course on the right track.  But instead of Temenothyrae for Lucilla, I suggest Magnesia ad Maeandrum for Faustina II which Kurt had left open as a possibility.  I am fairly certain I can read ΜΑΓ[ΝΗΤΩ]Ν on the reverse of the piece in question.  Compare it to this coin with a very similar (die-identical?) obverse:

...which is probably the same type as RPC IV Online 1039 (temporary):
