Pella--Pan seated rev? Emperor?

AE 26.5 mm; 11.13 g

I'm pretty sure this is Pella with Pan seated on rocks reverse, and am guessing the emperor is possibly Maximinus or Philip, but can't decipher the obverse legend sufficiently to tell.  Thanks much for any help with ID and attribution.

My guess is Macrinus.

This is surely Pella though, and I don't find any Macrinus.  With this particular type of reverse (and omitting a few emperors based on obverse profile) the options are primarily Gordian III, Philip I, Maximinus, Maximus.  Still looking...
