Trade weight?

Reminds me off a Islamic weight but the weight of 41.8 g does not fit any weight structure. Dirhams are around 3g, Uqiyyah around 30g, I surmise its likely a trade weight but was wondering if any one had other thoughts.

Have been adding a few weights the past week
