Legion X? Countermark on roman provincial AE30

Any information on this X countermark on a provincial coin (sestertius) ?
Weight- 18.7 gr
Diameter- 30/29 mm

Thank you for your answer.
the countermark looks the same, but I'm not sure about the ruler. The legend is hardly visible, looks like CER.M but I don't think is Germanicus, looks to my like Gordian III. Any suggestions on the ruler?
