very expensively nice.

Starr group this that and the other.. who knows Starr?what about Flament?

Why don't you write something about the classical Athens coins...the evolution upto the ( but not including\) the New Style. How  some Egyptian imitations -Buttrey "M" class are now thought as official.

So much of the posts on Forum are and as ex Rover 1.3 pointed out was "how nice" etc  but sometimes I feel a disquisition of the the coin in context would be more valuable-hence my one-time expositions on the New Style . I used to buy a coin, classify it and improve on Thompson and try to write about it...not just Thompson this and that.

The value in the coin is not just because it is an exceptional specimen.

Sorry to hit on you like that but it cost thousands, ( I looked your info up) and deserves more!

that's a beautiful, just about perfect, 3 tail feathered owl and a great example of the starr transitional type.
