Hi can someone help me to ID this sestertius and is it a genuine or a modern cast?

Weight: 20.7 g

Diameter: 32 mm

Hi ma,

The reverse is priestly implements, including a jug and lituus.

Could the obverse be Caracalla, Geta, or Elagabalus?

I found a As and Dupondius with same reverse but can't find a sestertius.It is possible to be a modern cast?

In the future, please use a more specific title. For example, "ID Help 32 mm Sestertius and Is it Cast?"
