Hello I've recently purchased this small midevil Spanish coin for a few $
and would need some help identifying it please!!

Going to need size and weight to really help here, but its most likely a 4 Maravedis of Philip IV (1620's)

Is that the coin size?

4 Maravedis is what it is, the amount and value of the coin when it was currency

think of it like

4 euro

or

4 cents

but, in the Spanish Empire between 1537 to 1847, Maravedis was the standard for small change currency

Same period, but that is a 8 Maravedis with a Toledo mintmark
