Good day, Could you please help me identify this coin. Your help is greatly appreciated.
I would like to add that the weight is 15.72 grams and the diameter is about 26.5mm.

My guess:RIC III Marcus Aurelius 1161 or 1160
Marcus Aurelius AE Sestertius. 175-176 AD. M ANTONINVS AVG GERM SARM TR P XXX P P, Laureate, draped and cuirassed bust right / IMP VIII COS III CLEMENTIA AVG SC, Clementia standing left, holding patera and sceptre.

I own a same one with similar characteristics.
