Hi script,

The reverse looks like Tyche wearing a turreted crown.

After cleaning a little bit the coin ,i can read on Rev:[ ]/NTP [  ] . so the coin ID could be as follow:
ARABIA, Bostra. Commodus?. AD 177-192. Æ (12mm, 1,25 g, 12h). Laureate and cuirassed bust right /NTP [  ] Turreted and draped bust of Tyche right. Spijkerman 29; Kindler 20. Good Fine, earthen brown patina.-Rare-
