Is that Phocas lead seal??

Dear Board;
I post this lead seal Pb 17 x 13 mm-2,9g-6h
it looks so close to Phocas Decanummium of Constantinople posted below
I wonder if it's really Imperial lead seal of Phocas??Obv:[.].A?..[ ]PERP [ ]

SBVC 645 isn't it? the coin in smaller picture looks like it has a touch of bronze disease..not lead then.

I scratched deeply the coin and it's in bronze indeed ;D,you are right +++ +++ +++.It was among huge lot of byzantine seals ???
