Istros drachm

I'm trying to fully attribute this one.  Its very similar to AMNG 431.  I took it to a show last weekend and the gent I spoke to (no reference in hand) stated that it *might* be a 431, but there are many sub types for #431.  I don't have, nor can find, this reference.  Can someone help me pin this coin down?  Thanks!

Thank you Pekka.  Since there is no delta, call it a variant of 430?
